What to Wear

This weekend I got to drive down to Newport News for an education conference. It was a glorious few hours alone in my car, listening to my books on CD, taking in a sight I fall in love with each year - the colors of the changing leaves. I loved shooting outside in the summer and I'm so excited about it in the fall, especially when I see outfits like this that a photographer friend, Stephanie Doran, came up with as an idea! This is a great example of how you can coordinate without having to look too formal or overdone - complementary pops of color. Of course, mom - if you buy that cardigan, don't be too surprised if you show up to the shoot and I'm wearing it too - this just makes me want to go shopping, photoshoot or not! :)
